We have implemented circular economy solutions through co-composting across 17+ Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in Bihar and Odisha, scientifically blending faecal sludge with organic waste in prescribed ratios to produce pathogen-free compost, named as “ULTRA”. These initiatives, aligned with BRSR Principle 6 and GRI 306 standards, have successfully treated over 35,000 tons of waste, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable resource recovery and waste-to-value conversion.
We design and operationalize vermicomposting facilities with proven methodologies for converting municipal and institutional organic waste into high-grade vermicompost. Our integrated approach covers facility establishment, earthworm culture management, moisture and temperature control systems, and harvest protocols, ensuring consistent production of quality bio-fertilizer.

We have strong experience in setting up and running Micro Composting Centres (MCCs) and Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) for urban local bodies. Our team is currently managing the Operation, Management, and Maintenance (OM&M) of composting and MRF units in more than five cities across Bihar. We ensure efficient waste processing, quality compost output, scientific recyclable sorting, and smooth day-to-day operations — enabling cities to improve their solid waste management systems and meet compliance and sustainability goals.
We provide complete support to municipalities and gram panchayats in establishing systems for plastic waste collection, segregation, and recycling. Working with Lohiya Swachh Bharat Mission Bihar across multiple districts, we help design collection systems, map the plastic value chain, build networks with aggregators and recyclers, and strengthen plastic recovery models. Our focus is on creating sustainable and circular waste solutions that reduce landfill burden and promote responsible resource use.
We support farmers in adopting organic and sustainable agricultural practices by offering practical training and field-level assistance. Our programs include guidance on co-compost and vermicompost application, bio-fertilizer use, soil health improvement, and on-farm demonstration support. We help farming communities transition from chemical inputs to organic inputs without compromising yield or income, ensuring long-term soil health and sustainable rural development.
