Leveraging demonstrated expertise in decentralized faecal sludge treatment infrastructure, we have designed, commissioned, and operationalized FSM units utilizing Constructed Flat Reed Bed Technology at Gaya Nagar Nigam and Purnia Nagar Nigam. Our engagement encompasses comprehensive end-to-end consultancy and execution services. We deliver sustainable, nature-based sanitation solutions aligned with environmental best practices.
We designed and delivered capacity development programs on Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) and Solid-Liquid Waste Management (SLWM) across 20+ Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), including Gaya and Purnia. These trainings improved the technical competencies of 3,000+ participants—sanitation workers, ULB officials, and community stakeholders—in contemporary waste management practices, operational protocols, and occupational safety standards. We also facilitated specialized training for working professionals in collaboration with the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) and the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT).
We provide ongoing technical advisory services for Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants (FSTPs) and manage day-to-day plant operations. We carry out performance monitoring and process optimization, and we plan preventive maintenance to prevent downtime. We also support regulatory compliance and adherence to environmental discharge standards. Together, these services improve plant efficiency, extend asset lifecycle, and build institutional capacity for sustainable long-term operations.
