We manage community and institutional toilet facilities using standardized protocols for cleaning, maintenance, safety, and customer experience. We also build financially sustainable models through innovative revenue and cost-recovery systems, improving both service quality and long-term facility performance.

School WASH Programs & Infrastructure Development

We execute comprehensive WASH programs in schools, including construction and upgrading of gender-segregated toilets, handwashing stations with soap, safe drinking water systems, and menstrual hygiene spaces. Along with infrastructure development, we integrate hygiene education into school activities, train teachers, and support student-led WASH clubs. This holistic model improves student health, reduces absenteeism, and enhances learning outcomes—especially for adolescent girls.

Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Programs

We deliver culturally sensitive Menstrual Hygiene Management programs focused on awareness, product access, and safe disposal solutions. Our initiatives include training sessions, distribution of eco-friendly menstrual products, installation of incinerators and disposal units, and creation of pad banks. By promoting dignity, knowledge, and safe practices, we help girls and women continue education and economic activities without interruption.

We assess and rehabilitate non-functional or unsafe sanitation systems to ensure they meet safety, accessibility, and environmental standards. Our services include structural repairs, water access improvements, septic system upgrades, and universal design adaptations. This ensures restored facilities operate safely, support public health, and comply with current sanitation and environmental guidelines.

Information, Education & Communication (IEC) & Behavior Change Communication (BCC)

We design and deliver behavior change campaigns on key WASH and solid waste management issues including waste segregation, 3R practices, zero-waste initiatives, handwashing, safe water use, and menstrual hygiene. Our strategies combine street plays, media outreach, community meetings, door-to-door communication, and demonstration activities. Currently, we are supporting several Urban Local Bodies and reaching over 4 lakh community members, driving long-term adoption of healthy and sustainable behaviors.

Digital Health Access & Telemedicine Services

We establish telemedicine centers and digital health clinics in remote locations to provide essential healthcare services to underserved populations. Our services include preventive screenings, tele-consultations with doctors, basic diagnostics, and health education—delivered quality services to beneficiaries. With over 1,300 beneficiaries served in remote Odisha, our initiatives strengthen primary healthcare, reduce access barriers, and promote health equity in low-resource settings.
